Very polite and knowledge
Contacted dealer, He came out to my house, and we talked about the generator I needed, which also needed to work with my solar system. We agreed on a 10K gen with a transfer switch. Placed the order, within a few weeks the Generator was set at my house, within two days the propane tank was installed, five days later my generator was running, and I am ready for a power outage. My installer was great. Very professional and went the with the little items most people don't think about. IE: paint the black pipe to keep from rusting.
