Excellent Job and an eye for every little detail.

I had D & E install my generator, it took a little bit of time to get the generator in, thanks to the delay on Generac's end. Once the Generator was received an appointment was set up to set the pad and generator , Then the wiring, and gas hook up, From start to Finish Kevin and Shaun have went above and beyond to satisfy me and make sure everything looked as if no one was there. Kevin did the start up and orientation with me , very knowledgeable Generac Tech. He also answered any questions I asked.Look forward to being a long term customer with them.

Excellent, Professional Company

Had a Generac Generator Installed by D & E pump, it took awhile for the generator to be received (Generac being back logged). Once it came in, Kevin and Shaun did an excellent job installing it, and answered all questions I had about the unit.

Promised within 16 weeks To install this day 12/23/2020 well over 20 weeks crickets\u2026we have made two phone calls \u2026 still backed up \u2026 Waiting your next on the list\u2026 not holding my breath \u2026 going to demand money back looking for new dealer \u2026 and our 9000.00 dollars back \u2026 very disappointing Jerry Anderson
