Decent people

Several years ago, a friend gave me a Generac that had been on a bank building that was demolished and rebuilt. It was a larger unit than I needed, but I was going to give it a try. It would start, but would shut down after a minute or so. Ralph took a look at it, and discovered that pack-rats had carried trash into the generator. We talked after he had about $200 labor and told me he thought it could be fixed, but couldn't guarantee that it could. I paid Ralph and cut my losses.My friend told me to give the unit to Ralph because he did not want it back, so I did.Ralph later was able to get it fixed and sent me a check for the $200 I had paid.This year it became obvious that we needed a back-up system in order to maintain oxygen generators and ventilators and other medical equipment. When I called Cycletek, Ralph came to our residence as scheduled, evaluated our needs and made a recommendation. When he emailed me an estimate a few days later, I immediately agreed. The whole process was stress free, no surprises, and the unit was up and running after a 41/2 hour installation. The only glich in the whole project was a snow/ice storm that delayed the Generator's shipping in Wisconsin.

Ralph and team are amazing!

Ralph is punctual and well organized. He keeps our 5 Generac generators running very well. When we have an issue I can call him and he helps me over the phone.

We were overcharged for service

We are very happy with the generator and the installation. My complaint is with the service by this dealer. At the 25 hour service the spark plugs were (supposedly) replaced at an extreme price. We did not see the spark plugs. They said they were in the area for several other services, but when the bill came it was over $240 and others around us paid less than $100. Don't know why we were singled out for the mileage when others around us were not.

Cycletek not only installed a whole house Generac generator but ensured it integrated with the solar electricity system being installed at the same time. After installation, the service and support have been top notch. Cycletek knows their stuff! I have no reservations recommending them.
