Honest dealer

I called this dealer to come service my generator that was installed by another company. They came out the same day and price was very fair compared to others I called. Some wouldnt take me because they didnt install my generator. Custom Power Solution team is a blessing to have!

Brandon has been amazing to work with from the first call to the installation. His crew was outstanding and the install went smoothly. I look forward to using them to service our generator for years to come. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at generators.

Great install and excellent customer service

Brandon at Custom Power Solutions was contracted to install our whole home generator as part of our new home build. His crew was amazing and the install went off without a hitch. Their customer service is excellent and Brandon has been remarkable in answering all the questions we have had and making us feel like we are in great hands. We would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking to install a whole home generator.

Outstanding and friendly

I called Brandon to take over servicing our generator since we weren’t happy with the last company. They came out added a cellular monitor to watch our generator and fixed the few installation deficiencies they made aware to us. They didn’t charge us extra to fix them since they were already on site installing the monitor. You can’t get better service than that. We are beyond grateful for Brandon and his crew
