Outstanding and friendly

I called Brandon to take over servicing our generator since we weren\u2019t happy with the last company. They came out added a cellular monitor to watch our generator and fixed the few installation deficiencies they made aware to us. They didn\u2019t charge us extra to fix them since they were already on site installing the monitor. You can\u2019t get better service than that. We are beyond grateful for Brandon and his crew

It took Cameron 5 mins, after getting here, to fix my generator that never ran correctly from day one. Generator was installed by a dealer generac recommended to me a year ago, who eventually stopped taking my calls. Custom Power Solutions will be fixing all the installation deficiencies that was pointed out to me.
