Excellent service & responsiveness
Mr David has been servicing my Genrac generator for 10+ years. He always responds within a reasonable amount of time, arrives when he promises (or calls to let me know if day needs to change), and was extremely responsive when the generator failed to start ( wasp issue, not a quality issue). I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Not dependable
Had a 10 am appt. by 11 am had not shown up nor called explaining why-- or to assure our appt hadn't been forgotten-- or if he intended to come at all

Bob Davis did well
An electrician installed my generator and when it stopped working, they were unable to help. I contacted Bob Davis and he understood my problem desciption over the phone and ordered the part that he thought would resolve it. When the part came in, he called and scheduled a time to fix it. He came on time and within an hour the generator was functioning. He shared with me that my generator had not been registered as promised by the installer, and took care of it for me.
