I would give them a -1 if possible. I am also contacting Generac to request to have this contractor taken off their list because they are bad. In April, 2022, I had them out to service my whole house generator and they needed to order the new mobile link network upgrade that is happening 12-31-22. They had me pay $200 to do that and they said they were going to order. I waited and did not start calling about it until September to ask for an install date. I called four different times and left messages and no one called me back. I started calling more frequently and a woman answered and said she would get back to me twice. No call. Then I called and got an apt from Basil so I thought I was set. He also told me that the guy that took my payment was no longer there and the part not ordered. He called me on the morning of the apt to say he had a schedule conflict and needed to reschedule. I was fine with that so we got another date. That next apt day, the same thing happened, he called the morning of with a scheduling conflict and we had to reschedule again. I was fine with that but a little more adamant that if we have an apt, I should be in the schedule. Our reschedule date was today. They were to come out and get the part number for the mobile link to get that ordered, and do a battery maintenance. I was to be at my home from 2-4pm. He called at 2pm and said they would be out within the half hour, which I said was fine. Then about 15 minutes later he calls and says that I should really contact Action Electric because they were better suited to do repairs and such. So they were not coming. I have waited all this time and they now tell me this, plus I took off work to come home to do this. Lousy service and frankly I don't know much more to say other than: Stay away from them.

Had them fix my generator that another electrical company tried fixing on 2 different occasions. They were professional from beginning to end.
