We completely trusted Jim and he did not dissapoint!
We knew nothing, except we wanted a whole house generator. We got a few estimates, then we meet Jim. He was so caring as well as professional, we knew he was our guy. He was prepaired and knowledgeable. He made sure we were informed though out the project. He was willing to take time to explain who was coming, why and when. It could not have been better. We now think of Jim as a friend, some one we can call with questions or problems. He and any of his staff would be welcomed in our home at any time. He welcomed us into the "Custom Electric Family" and that is just how it felt. Thank you for sending Jim to us!

Didn't let me down.
I have used Custom Electric exclusively for a number of years and have always received excellent service. Jim spent time with me siting the generator evaluating cost at each potential site. He also gave me an extensive briefing on operating the generator which helped me to make perfect sense of the owner's manual. if you live in their service area I would highly recommend Custom Electric.
