Excellent Service

Great Company to work with, excellent customer service and they did everything they said they were going to. They installed our generator in 2 weeks!

Great Experience!

We contacted a number of Generac providers prior to making our decision. Kevin came out and explained his plan clearly and provided a very competitive and complete estimate. We accepted and things could not have gone better. They showed up quickly and on time. The process was effortless on our part. Probably the best home project we’ve ever undertaken. Thank you Florida Generators.

Professional Install

We were quite impressed with the total process of the installation from Florida Generator. We called 3 businesses to do comparison. One never returned our call and one never followed up to provide an estimate. Kevin visited our home for an evaluation, provided an estimate and a timeline for the work. Required permits were obtained and work done within 2-3 weeks. Each step of the process was communicated clearly and follow up was as promised. Everyone we interacted with was timely and professional. Explanations for what to expect and use of the generator were clearly explained.

Great Customer Service

During hurricane Helene, we lost power for 11 hours. Fortunately, we have a 22kw generac. However, we noticed that the AC was not working properly and we weren’t sure if it was the AC compressor or the generator. We made a phone call to Custom Coastal Services a little after midnight, but did not leave a message. The next morning at 8 am, Debbie returned the call, even though I had not left a message, and promptly connected me to Kevin to discuss the AC situation. We set up an appointment for Kevin to come test everything and recheck the generator. Good news is that the generator is in perfect working order! I highly recommend Custom Coastal Services. They have excellent customer service, prompt replies, and an excellent yearly maintenance plan.

Best overall services!

I was ready to throw in the towel on having another whole house Generac due to a not so happy maintenance/repair/quote for a old/new generator. I was asking Kevin to disconnect the old to have it recycled and he asked to come by and take a look. Within a few minutes after a thorough check, He came back with a wonderful money saving solution so that I could continue having coverage for New Smyrna's ancient grid issues! He and his wonderful assistant also did the installment first thing Thursday morning before the hurricane was scheduled to send bands our way! I was extremely happy when the electric started to flicker last night! Thanks again you guys!

On Time and Budget

Kevin was referred by a licensed electrician. I contacted Kevin and he followed up within a day. He provided understandable steps to installing the Generac whole house unit and gas line. The job was completed on time and budget. I’d highly recommend Kevin and his team at Custom Coastal Services!
