The installation of the generator was a big purchase for me. The two men who came to eh house to install the generator were polite and knowledgeable about the service I was getting. They each made sure that I knew what all the buttons were for, how to lock and unlock the case and explained all that I needed to know.I would highly recommend this company. I even had a small issue after they left and when I called, they turned right around and came back to help.....it turned out to be a breaker issue!

Tim and his crew did a phenomenal job for us. On time, polite, professional at all times and it was a pleasure to do business with them. Couple of small snags beyond their control and I only mention it because of the way they handled it. Very communicative telling me the issue and how it was going to be resolved. Would absolutely do business with these folks again. Great job!

Installers did a great job but where never given the engineering plan by their office. This resulted in the installers not knowing the local code requirements and having to redo almost all the electrical connections. The installers maintained a professional attitude and redid everything as per the local inspectors instructions.

These people are top notch. From my first phone call to the completion of the installation, they were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to understand and accommodate my needs and my schedule. They coordinated everything with the local gas and electric companies so that installation was smooth and I was without power for the least amount of time possible. I would definitely recommend Generac to anyone who is considering purchasing a generator.

This company is incredible. We were having a back-up generator installed and were a little hesitant as to what to expect. The two techs, Trent and Bart, showed up exactly when they were scheduled to be there. They were both extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain every step to us before they got started. They coordinated everything with the gas and electric companies so that everything was handled for us. When we initially purchased the generator, we were told that it would only take a half a day to install. We've had enough work done to our house to know that you can usually double or even quadruple the quoted time. But with these guys, they started at 7:30 and were through with everything by noon. Incredible! Not only did they show up on time but they finished on time as well! After completing the installation, they explained EVERYTHING to us, from servicing the unit to how the switch works when the power goes out and comes back on. I would highly recommend this company and these two guys that installed out generator.

Came highly recommended by a friend. Representative was at my house the very next day after I called and a one day installation occurred just 4 days later! The installation crew was top-notch (which is what you would expect after ~300 installations). You might consider buying this unit separately and installing it yourself but avoid yourself the risk and hassle and go turn-key with the Pros - Current Electric is the way to go!

Installers showed up promptly; worked all day with the local gas company and another company which installed the gas pipe to the generator. The men were in uniform; looked and acted most professionally and informed me of all the particulars about the generator and what I could expect with the generator. They cleaned up the entire area when finished and I would recommend them to anyone in the area who might be interested in installing a Generac generator.

Working with this company was an extremely pleasant experience as a homeowner. From the sales person to the office personnel to the installers; every facet waw carried out with the utmost professionalism.

We're just 6 months into our Generac but have had to use it four times (one outage lasted four hours). This has provided us with more than power, but also a great feeling of relief. Previous outages have caused great problems; we no longer have to worry about them.Our service representative provided a full explanation to each of our questions and provided a refresher course on maintenance issues. It is comforting to know that in addition to possessing a superlative machine, that it is backed by an equally competent and responsive service provider.

Charles was a great onsite installer that was professional and patient. He took the time to make sure that I understood the basics of the system and was always polite and respectful. The customer service provided by this company is a rare thing to find in today's world.

This was a totally new and exciting experience for us. We really didn't know what to expect, however, when I met the installers, my fears were forgotten. The installers were knowledgeable about the product, professional, and exhibited expertise.

I live at the top of a hill with a driveway through the woods. It was critical that I have peace of mind when normal electrical current disappears. I contracted for a new 20kw standby generator. My install required two 200Amp transfer switches (due to 400 amp service) and coordination with my electric company, city for permit, and propane gasfitter. They did the entire project turnkey. CE's electrician was top notch which is vital as the installation is anything but plug/play. Very pleased with the final result.

We picked Current Electrical Services because they took the extra time with us to explain what size generator would meet our expectations vs. the lower cost unit just to get our business. They helped with a cost analysis between the two size generators we were considering so we could make a more educated decision. Also they would be available for future service and maintenance work which was very important to us also.
