Great installation job

The team from Current Electric came and installed the backup generator very quickly and professionally.

Great Experience

Current Electric was a pleasure to deal with, from my first phone call to the installation and follow-up. They were very responsive, provided numerous options, and explained things well during the initial conversations. The install team was very knowledgeable quite experienced. Also, they were very patient and provided thorough explanations for the many questions I had during the installation process.

great experience

Wonderful experience working with Karen and the Piper install team. Punctual, professional, polite. Great experience all around.

Something Different

I have to say when looking for information on what kind of generator I would need I was a bit confused. There is a lot of great information online, but this started to get confusing in what I would actually need. I called a few places near me that are dealers and I was glad I called Current as one of them. I liked that the person who came out to my home to go over things actually installs them as isn't just a sales person. He was able to answer all my questions without the need to call someone else or some false promise to get back to me at some point. He even recommended a few options some of the other places I met with never even spoke of. Ended up being a better deal for me in the long run and cant wait to have my system installed sooner then some of the "horror" stories I've read about lack of product.

Lied and overcharges

Had them do scheduled routine maintenance on my generator. They didn't follow the manual as to what work needed to be completed, said the manual was wrong! Also, quoted 1 price for the maintenance and charged 1.5 times more, including a trip charge . When I scheduled the appointment I asked them about a trip charge and they said it was included in the price quoted. The owner said he would refund, but never did!! To bad for them, I need service now and will NEVER use them.Buyer Beware
