    Something Different

    I have to say when looking for information on what kind of generator I would need I was a bit confused. There is a lot of great information online, but this started to get confusing in what I would actually need.

    Lied and overcharges

    Had them do scheduled routine maintenance on my generator. They didn't follow the manual as to what work needed to be completed, said the manual was wrong! Also, quoted 1 price for the maintenance and charged 1.5 times more, including a trip charge . When I scheduled the appointment I asked them about a trip charge and they said it was included in the price quoted. The owner said he would refund, but never did!! To bad for them, I need service now and will NEVER use them.Buyer Beware
