CT Home Generator Systems LLC

Top Professionals

I had a new Generac generator installed by CT Home Generator Systems this summer. The crew encountered some bad wiring configurations and did a good job correcting the situation. The new generator has not yet been put to the test but I am very confident that it will opperate as designed when needed. I have used this company for decades and am very happy with their installation and service.

Personifies excellence

In today's world, CT Home Generator Systems is a unicorn. Good customer service seems to be forgotten these days - but not with CT Home Generator. Their level of responsiveness and professionalism is unparalleled. From the moment I met Ben, he treated me with kindness, answering all my questions with the utmost respect. As a woman, I appreciated that I was treated with the same dignity as a man - and that is often not the case even in today's world. I've never been so impressed with a company - their responsiveness, their ability to keep me informed every step of the way. I am absolutely confident in my Generac generator and in CT Home Generator. I have referred several people and would not hesitate to do so again. Kudos to CT Home Generator Systems!

Very responsive

Graciously agreed to service a generator they did not install. Came promptly, fixed the problem, no charge under warranty. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great Service!

This is the 3rd year I’ve used CT Home Generators forum annual generator check-up. Much better service by both Roger this year and Allan the 2 previous years than I was getting from a local firm in the last year I used them. The 2 technicians have been thorough, helpful, and know their stuff!

Long distance was made easy by this dealer.

We wanted to buy a generator for our Mom that lives in W. Hartford, we live on the W. Coast. Initial contact was what sold us, I felt comfortable with Bruce, his process, time spent on the phone and initial appointment with our Mom. The generator has been installed, our Mom loved the crew and she feels safe now in an emergency! Thank you for taking the time to deal with a long distance buyer.

great dealer !

excellent installation Very clean and informative

Connecticut Home Generator is Awesome !

These guys are the best. They are there 24/7. I always have them service my unit and just had them come out in sub zero temperatures. With this recent cold snap i had them install a cold weather kit, which works excellent. I called them in the morning and they were here the same afternoon. I give their guys credit for braving below zero temperatures to service my unit. Great company, excellent tech's and always there for their customers.

Don't be left stranded...

After being a customer since 2011 and countless jobs....I needed service on my generator during an outage because of my sub pump....well I was left to get soaked!!! Really unfortunate because some of the folks here are really good....but managing the urgency/ dispatch of work definitely needs improvement.

Great maintenance

Always available to keep my generator ready for action

positive experience

The installation of my 10Kw stand by Generac generator was just completed today. The entire project was coordinated by Newington Electric of CT. From introduction of your products and options by Mr. Bruce Smedick, to the seamless completion by a team of highly qualified professionals who put the needs of the customer first, it was a stress free and pleasant experience. I was particularly pleased with the fact they always made themselves available to answer any questions or concerns. I could not be more pleased or grateful that I went with Newington Electric.
