Professionalism

Bruce and Lee Angelosze co-owners of Connecticut Electrical Services. Beacon Falls had sold me more than a home generator. They sold me on themselves. When you make a major purchase like this for your home, it is necessary to trust the company and its people that you are relying on to provide you and your family with long term protection against power failures. Equipment may fail, but it is comforting to know the you will have the support that you were promised.

I was a little nervous about purchasing a generator. I had friends who had issues with getting their generator installed. But Bruce was terrific! Remarkable ability to coordinate everyone involved.

We purchased a 24kW model running on natural gas. Our transfer switch is installed indoors next to the electrical panel. Since the generator is located in a low spot in the yard, we had a landscaper make a raised platform consisting of a 6x6" timber box filled with fine gravel in order to avoid potential water damage. CT Electrical did a great job. They responded to our initial inquiry the same day and scheduled installation just two weeks later. The most exceptional aspect of the job was the way Bruce organized all the various participants so that the entire installation was completed in 6 hours on one day. There were 8 people involved and they had all the needed supplies on hand -- 3 electricians, two plumbers (for the gas line), 2 landscapers (one with trenching machine and one who restored sprinkler lines), and finally the town building inspector. Everything proceeded without a hitch. The system was fully operational three days later following the final town inspection. Bruce, Ryan, and Lee have all been very helpful in answering questions and providing guidance throughout the process. I definitely recommend this capable and professional family business.

Outstanding experience

In our 35+ years of homeownership, we have come across only one other contractor with the level of customer care and service that we received from CT Electrical Services. My initial telephone conversation with Lee was an indicator. She was very courteous and clearly detailed the steps involved with the entire process. Ryan\u2019s site visit was thorough and helpful, and he offered to answer any questions. Bruce and his team bought it home with the installation, inspection, and firing up the generator. This home improvement project was seamless from start to finish due to their planning and attention to detail. This is a family business that treated us like family in all interactions and the way worked and cared for our property and home. Could not have asked for a better experience and would work with them again if the need arises.
