CT Electrical Services

Fixed What Others Missed

After struggling with generator issues for over a year and spending significant money with two other companies that were unable to fix the problem, we were prepared to replace our 10-year-old 20 kW generator at a cost of more than $12,000. We contacted CT Electrical Services to provide a quote for a new Generac unit, but instead of simply selling us a replacement, Bruce and Ryan took the time to thoroughly inspect our existing generator. Their honesty, expertise, and attention to detail quickly became apparent. They identified the true cause of the problem, explained everything clearly, and performed the necessary repairs. What others had missed for over a year turned out to be a repairable issue, and our generator is now working properly again. Throughout the process, CT Electrical demonstrated exceptional professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for their customers. They went above and beyond by researching code requirements, providing detailed recommendations, and helping us understand the best path forward. It's rare to find a company that prioritizes doing what's right for the customer over making a larger sale. We are extremely grateful for their outstanding service and highly recommend CT Electrical Services to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer-focused Generac experts. Connecticut is fortunate to have a company of this caliber. Thank you, Bruce and Ryan!

Bruce is Aces, knowledgeable, patient and just a good honest guy. I would highly recommend Ct Electrical Service for any Generac or electrical work. They know their stuff.

Great service

Bruce and his team are amazing. I’m very happy with the service they provided me.

I engaged with Bruce and his team at CT Electrical Services (CES) to evaluate options for a whole home generator. After speaking with several Generac dealers in the area, CES stood out as a knowledgeable and experienced firm. As a result, I select CES to install a 26 kW Generac generator for my single family home. The team at CES proved to be a great selection. Their installation work was done in a timely and professional manner, and they have promptly responded to my follow up questions. You can feel confident selecting CES for your generator project.

Best in CT

I purchased a 20W Guardian Generac 12 years ago and since then it was serviced twice a year by a Stratford Generac provider. On October 25, 2025, they informed that I would need a new generator at the cost of $8,800 because of a "serious problem". I contacted Generac and they advised I seek a second opinion and referred me to CT Electric Services, "the best service provider in CT". They responded the day I contacted them and within 5 minutes resolved the problem. They saved me $8,800 and provided a service deserving of more than a 5-star review. Both Generac and I strongly recommend CT Electrical Services

Great service

We have been wanting to have a generator for a while. We have well and septic. When we lose power there is no water. I used CT Electrical quite few years ago to upgrade from 100 amp service to 200 amp when we update our kitchen. They did a fantastic job so I had no problem going back to them again for this project. They did a great job on installation and took a Care of everything. I would recommend them highly.

Exceptional Service

For the past two years, I’ve been considering a Generac, and this year, I finally decided to move forward with the purchase. After speaking with several companies, I landed with CT Electrical and was very impressed with their service from the first call. I am very happy with my purchase and will recommend them to anyone.

Eceptional Service

For the past two years, I’ve been considering a Generac, and this year, I finally decided to move forward with the purchase. After speaking with several companies, both large and small, no one stood out to me quite like Bruce, Ryan, and the team at CT Electrical. From the very first phone call to the site visit and final quote, their honesty and professionalism were unmatched. I especially appreciated that they offered a full-service installation, leaving me with a fully operational system. Unlike other companies, they also handled the gas connections and had reliable recommendations. I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and service, and I look forward to working with them for many years to come!
