STAY AWAY!
Horrible. Bill came out took pix said I'd get an estimate right away. I've been waiting for an estimate ever since from Ethan who won't even answer his phone. I advise not to deal with these people if this is how they follow up. Makes you wonder if their work is just as unreliable!

Before the sale right on it, after don't wait
We bought the unit from the installed. Came with first year maintaince. Had to call and remind them about it. Even then we had to convince them. We have had a number of fault errors and been away from home and the generator has not been ready to run. I have called, texted, and they will not respond. I even called Generac and they concluded we need a dealer to look at the unit. Can not get them to respond. We will be using another dealer.
