Very good service and very good results. Installation went great and very pleased with result. Excellent folks to work with; professional yet fun. So far, no power failures and we teased that the Generac system repells powerfailures.

Never have had bad or poor workmanship from Crites. Difficult digging and time consuming, but they got the job done. Not one of Crites employees has shown any disrespect and always tries to help. Crites installed our first generator 20 years ago, and was still working when we replaced it. Keep up the good work.

We had a 6 hour power fail within 5 days of install. We was the only house in sight with power.
