Craig's Electrical Service

They dont tell the truth

Have been servicing my product for a long time and are just now telling me that my transfer switch is not grounded and that is the cause of my flickering lights in my house while on generator power. And thats 'it's normal" for my lights to flicker while under gen power. Humm, Odd as they never used to do that..... And a ground causing it - weird. They also tell you tha they call & leave messages when in fact there were no missed calls or messages. They also call 10 minutes before your appointment time and cancel....

Awesome Team

Been working with them for the pass 4 years and service has been great. Glad to work with people that care.

Great service from very Professional workers

They were very professional did an excellent job very personable and I highly recommend custom power solutions with Graig's Electrical

Like dealing with a family member.

Craig's team members must have have been trained in the Walt Disney school of outstanding customer service., His entire team of installers were professional and did an outstanding job from start to job completion. Whenever someone comes over to see our new generator we tell them to call Craig first when they are ready to purchase a Generac whole house generator. We are currently experience an unusual winter storm in New Orleans. When we heard on the news there may be a power failure we felt relieved that we have a gnerator.
