Very satisfiing experience
Excellent sales presentation. Dealer came to my house, did a survey, suggested the generator size and gave me a professional folder with a photo of my house and quote inside.The installers were pleasant, efficient, answered all my question and explained the generator operation clearly and cleaned up everything before leaving.

I was very pleased with this dealer!
I would like to report that I had an 8KW natural gas powered Generac installed at my home at Conneaut Lake and not only did the technicians at Cox & Kanyuck Electric meet my expectations, they EXCEEDED my expectations. Due to a 'tight location', I gave the crew some very specific instructions as to how the gas and electric lines needed to be installed and they simply did an outstanding job of completing the installation in slightly over one work day. I wish that all the other contractors I have had perform work on my home were as professional.
