Cousins Home Improvement

Neat work.

Friendly, he did very neat work. Answered all my questions. I highly recommend Cousins for your generator installation.

Great Process

I can’t say enough good things about Ed. First, he answered all my questions and even my email questions in a timely manner. I asked a lot of questions and he never seemed to get frustrated with me. When I asked a question, he would tell me what he has and what other people did - I liked that as I wasn’t advised to do just one thing. I felt that he was meticulous, and he did the installation as if he was doing it for his own house. My outside electric also had to be updated and he did that. He was also good at explaining how the generator works after the install

Such a pleasure

Today I had Ed from Cousins Home Improvement install my Generac 22kw standby Generator and I couldn't be more happier. Ed made the whole process stress free. Its something we have been thinking about for over a year and after speaking with Ed we decided to do it. He made us feel comfortable about our decision and took the time to explain the whole process and the benefits of the Generac product. I highly recommend Ed and Cousins Home improvement!! Just give them a call and you'll see for yourself.

A job well done...

We contacted Generac directly on a quotation for a 24kW backup system for our home, and we were fortunate to have them refer us to Ed Waszak, from Cousins Home Improvement. Ed was immediately responsive to our needs and helped us understand the sizing and overall installation process. His quote was very comprehensive and competitive. Going in, we knew all the aspects of installation, and Ed was able to schedule us quickly. Installation was finished in a day and we have not had any issues since our system was commissioned. As a career technical engineer, I personally found Ed to be extremely knowledgeable in mechanical and electrical systems, and careful in his determination for the needs for our system. He is a great communicator, and a very organized contractor, who will leave you with excellent confidence in your Generac system and the overall value it adds to your home.
