Ed from Cousins installed my 22k standby and since the estimate to the install he was extremely professional and prompt. I dealt with Ed during all phases and answered every question I had. Ed is the owner, sales and installer all in one and made a huge difference. I could not be happier and would highly recommend and would give him 6 stars if i could. A job well done...

We contacted Generac directly on a quotation for a 24kW backup system for our home, and we were fortunate to have them refer us to Ed Waszak, from Cousins Home Improvement. Ed was immediately responsive to our needs and helped us understand the sizing and overall installation process. His quote was very comprehensive and competitive. Going in, we knew all the aspects of installation, and Ed was able to schedule us quickly. Installation was finished in a day and we have not had any issues since our system was commissioned. As a career technical engineer, I personally found Ed to be extremely knowledgeable in mechanical and electrical systems, and careful in his determination for the needs for our system. He is a great communicator, and a very organized contractor, who will leave you with excellent confidence in your Generac system and the overall value it adds to your home.

Ed and Kenny are truly knowledgeable professionals! Ed came to our home and designed our install to fit our families needs! He delivered the equipment and installed our unit within one week! He and Kenny demonstrated the unit and answered all our questions! The work site was neat and really looks professional! A pleasure to deal with!

Cousins has been servicing my Generac 20 K, for the past six years. Each year Cousins let me know when its time for my service and Ed, show up promptly, on time and answer my questions regarding the service. Our Generac has been used numerous time during power failures and we've never had an incident where it didn't perform. I credit that to the quality of the Generac and Cousins professional service in maintaining the generator.
