COTE ELECTRIC, LLC

Coming from this retired Science & Engineering Teacher, Cote Electric came as close to perfection as anyone should expect. Ron answered all questions prior to install, and explained all options with pricing. I decided to go with a 18KW Generac with 2 Load Shedding Modules installed for dryer and ovens. I also had them install a PB30 outlet and service lock for a 7KW inverter generator I bought a few years ago to "backup the backup" (just in case propane cannot be delivered, or something goes wrong with the Generac, or something to run at night while sleeping to reduce the propane consumption when not needed for a smaller load). Install crew and electricians were great! Equipment connections, and electrical all look neat and organized.I had a five-hour outage the day before Thanksgiving and everything went as expected with the product. If the New Hampshire weather and grid follow history, I'm confident the system will function w/out a hitch.Very happy with Cote Services thus far, and I will recommend them with high marks.

This was a "No-Brainer" to get done, especially after getting different estimates & realizing the future gains & relief of worry when 'Mother Nature' or 'Human' intervention occurs... Ron & his Company, COTE ELECTRIC, are truly a Professional & well organized institution... The staff, Rachel, whom I met personally, are knowledgeable, friendly & courteous... Ron's working crew of Adam, as the lead, was resourceful & worked with his subordinates diligently & carefully installing this GENERAC generator... Another employee at COTE ELECTRIC, Gary, is also an individual well versed in making it happen correctly & efficiently... Overall, without a doubt, in my personal opinion, this organization is fully qualified & totally up for any job tasked to them... U will be fully satisfied with the results of a job well done... Bought my first generator in Jan 2013 from Ron at Cote Elec. for my res. in Bedford NH.I have since re-located to North Hampton NH and purchased my second generator from Ron in Oct 2015, even though I now live 45 + miles away.Five of my neighbors subsequently purchased units from Ron, I guess he must be doing things right !

Met with Ron Cote 2 1/2 years ago and got quote.Decided recently to move forward and his price had not gone up! He reviewed current needs and suggested a lower priced unit that would serve all of our needs so even more savings. Very professional, on-time, got job completed without a hitch. Had another installer at previous home in same town. Had an urgent question and he was out-of-state. Got call back 3 days later. Glad I switched to Cote Electric. Has a large dedicated service team..

We hire Cote Electric to help us find the right whole home generator for us and to install it. The whole team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable from recommendation to installation to firing up the generator for the first time. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Came out to dig the lines and set-up the generator in just a couple of days after I accepted their price. Once inspection was done they came out to complete the work, tested the generator and showed us how to operate it.

Bought a unit three years ago... all kinds of help when spending $$$. Now, can't get a call back for help with repairs/service. May have to go elsewhere. Not happy.

I saw the installation of Generac systems by Cote Electric at several neighbors' homes and I was impressed with those installations. I asked for an estimate and was given a complete picture of what I would need and where it could be situated on the property; further, I realized that it was a system that I could afford. On the day that I was given for the installation, the crew arrived and fully assembled the system in one day. Now, I look forward to the system test that occurs every Monday, knowing that I am protected!

The owner did the initial review and was very informative. The crew he brought to the job was all professional and did the work efficiently. They cleaned up when done, and even replaced the grass they removed when digging the ditch for the propane lines. I would strongly recommend using Cote Electric. In fact, I have used them for additional work in other parts of the house as well.

The owner came out to our home to give us a quote and was able to set-up an installation time that worked well with our busy work schedules. When it was installed he also returned to show us step-by-step how to operate our generator. Cote Electric was recommended by Generac. Ron Cote and his team were TERRIFIC. They we on time, worked expertly as a team and Ron was always there to supervise his team. He answered his phone at all hours of the day and got RIGHT back to me if I left a message. In short, he responded immediately to ANY question I had. Since I didn't know anything about what I was doing...he explained everything until I was satisfied. I had a problem with the placement of my propane tanks (nothing to do with Cote) and he was right there at my side to make sure that it got resolved to my satisfaction with the propane company. His price was also several thousand dollars lower than the other quote that I got from a company that is NOT a Generac distributor. I intend to use Cote Electric for ongoing maintenance. IN short, I would recommend Ron and his team right through to his office support resoundingly. He did a great job...it is a pleasure to work with him and his team.

Sales representative was knowledgeable and professional. Coordination with the propane provider on the delivery side left a little to be desired. Placement of the generator was not was about 6' away from the location we had agreed to. They broke an under drain pipe when they were digging the electrical trench and never mentioned it. If I hadn't found the damage, it would have been back-filled without repair. They did come out and repair the damage once I sent management pictures. They did make a mess of the yard, mixing all the crushed stone from the drainage system with the loam. This will have to be repaired in the spring.

Having just moved back to New England, my wife and I found the people at Cote to be very helpful and kind. They took the time to explain the process and were very good about answering my questions during installation. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to install a generator.

Purchased a 17kwh whole house generator.The pricing was very competitive. The work was done on schedule by a very professional team from Cote Electric. The quality of the work was great.

We signed up for an annual maintenance program for our Generac generator and were told that when Cote was in our town they would call to schedule the annual maintenance. They did call on a Wednesday and said they would be by on Thursday and would call with a scheduled time. By late morning they didn't call, so we called their office and were told that they would be by in the afternoon. Well, no one showed up, nor did they call back to reschedule. This is an example of poor customer service when a dealer can't keep its commitments and doesn't provide the courtesy of a phone call or follow up.

I called your office for a price for a generator and I never got a return call. Your office was nice however never got a call back.

I travel for work on a regular basis. So its great to know that my wife and daughters have plenty of power when everyone else loses it! Cote Electric installed a 14kw for my whole house, and hooked it up to my LP tank. Runs great, and the girls can still use there hair dryers and curling irons!! Life is good...lol

I contracted Cote Electric to install my 20kw generator on natural gas. They sent an estimator out who gave me a written proposal on the spot. The installers arrived on time and were exceptionally polite and courteous. They had to move my panel and rearrange some telco equipment to install the Nexus switch. It is now clean and organized - much better than what I had before.

Ron and his team were excellent and treated us with professionalism. I have referred them to several friends.
