Waited 4 weeks for appointment to fix my generator. Day before my appointment they called and delayed another week. Then, a week later, they didnt show and didnt call. Called them and they apologized and said we\u2019ll be there tomorrow. Then another no call - no show.

My generator would not put out voltage. The service tec said the stator was bad. He would check the available of the part and get back with me. That was 6 weeks ago. I've call Conway every week, and was always given the same answer. Someone will contact you tomorrow.
