Outstanding in every way
CEI is remarkable. It's an understatement to say that CEI is friendly. Communication is timely and thorough. Nicole in the office is excellent! She fixed a warranty issue caused by the dealer who installed my generator. CEI's tech was very thorough and answered all my questions and more. He was also friendly and clearly liked working for CEI. The generator was fully repaired, it was a big job! They set me up with Dealer monitored MobilLink and updated the system software. I am so pleased to now be with Control Electric! I cannot recommend them enough.

Reliable service and generator
We had very good experiences with CEI during and after installation of home generators. Steve is experienced, attentive, and seems well-organized. The installers are knowledgeable and professional. After recently moving, choosing CEI for another generator install was an easy choice.
