Rod did a great job.

Coordinating between the subcontractors and inspectors, Rod made it look easy.

Exactly What You Hope For

Rod and John knocked it out of the park. From soup to nuts, they had the answers I needed to make solid financial decisions regarding the generator installation. My wife and I love our Generac, and as we both work from home, it has already saved several workdays when power went down. High marks all around.

Friendly & Knowledgable

Thinking about installing a backup generator was daunting! I called Rod Memmott and scheduled an appointment to discuss the project. What a friendly and knowledgeable person. He deliberately asked what my concerns were, what I would expect from a backup generator; he provided answers to all my concerns. The installation went smoothly and Rod kept me informed all through the installation process. I am an exceedingly happy customer! I highly recommend Rod and his company.

Great to work with

Rod, of Construction Concierge took care of our needs by first meeting with us to discuss our requirements. With some minor delays because of Covid, we were online in no time . Plumber and electrician were on time and did professional work. Rod followed up on completion and had us online quickly,

Rod is fantastic

Having dealt with Rod from beginning to end, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Generac product. He is personable, responsive, kind and easy going. He responded to every call or text, answering my questions and following through on any issue that came up. His professionalism is stellar and he is the kind of businessman I would want to work with any day or time. Thank you, Rod!

This was the perfect guy for my questions

I just wanted to let the Generac Manufacturer know that they have an asset in Construction Concierge of Idaho. We have always had gasoline generators in the past but felt the need for more insurance in our uncertain times that lie ahead. The owner of Construction Concierge of Idaho was so professional and informative, explaining the advantages of using Natural Gas here in Idaho verses the gasoline fed generators we were used to in California. He told us of things we had no idea of regarding Idaho's advanced thinking regarding it's emergency planning. We are very impressed and wouldn't want anyone else installing our unit.

Very Knowledgeable

We had a meeting with your representative from Construction Concierge about a generator for our home. We talked about our energy needs, he looked at our electrical service panels and had a quick walk through our home to see what kinds of appliances we had. He knew exactly which model we needed to protect our home and all appliances in it. He explained the quality, customer service and history of Generac and we were sold. Very impressed with their knowledge and friendliness.

Awesome dealer

We are grateful to have such an intelligent introduction to generators and why we need one. Your representative was very impressive in his verbal skills and just in general an “all round” nice guy. He was prompt and very patient with all our questions and very adept at pointing out the advantages of your generator (motor, made in USA , impressive service and warranty). We are definitely sold on your product.
