A disaster. Do not let them touch anything made this century.
Handed my Portable Generac over the counter with the understanding it had no spark and this was a warranty repair. 10 weeks later I received a snide call saying it had no spark but they don't do Generac warranty work anyway. The story kept changing and it cost me $40 (diagnostic fee) to get the set back. Never again, not even for a spark plug change, much less something with electronics. There is no evidence my unit was ever taken out of the box.
