Post-service maintenance
I contacted CPR to service our Generac generator as our former dealer is no longer covering our are. The rep sched me yesterday and told her that we\u2019re not going to be home until Sat which we agreed since it is a prelim visit. I got a call from the CPR crew to let him in bec he said he\u2019s coming back to get parts for a defaul, I asked what default and he said I\u2019ll get a call on what was replaced! Didn\u2019t receive any call until we got home 2hrs ago and no power in the whole house! Called, emailed and contacted them via their website, until now no response! Our electric co came and claimed there\u2019s power coming in, but the GG filtered it and when he viewed the wires so we turned the GG and we our power were restored! I will call them on Mon, but this was the detailed exp with CPR. Generac 24/7customer Service responded and could not help either. TY.

Poor customer service
Made an appointment, they no showed...Made a second attempt, scheduled another appointment, no show again...
