Poor communication and poor response

I will try to keep this short. In summary, twice they did not give me the courtesy of a call to let me know they were coming. In the first instance, my initial call was not returned yet someone arrived 2-1/2 weeks later and began working on the unit (this caused difficulty because I had contacted another company). Also, they were not able to procure the part in a reasonable amount of time. All told, just short of seven weeks elapsed since my initial call and the work wasn\u2019t completed. Thus, the one-star review.

Excellent follow up

We have had our Generac generator for a couple years now. Steve was prompt, professional, and kept every promise made. What surprised me was that, following our first storm with a generator, Steve showed up at my door to make sure everything worked as it should! Highly recommend.

Could not have been better to work with!

They were great! Very knowledgeable, very professional and friendly. Didn't have to pay til the job was complete. Would highly recommend this company.
