Complete Electric Inc.

Higher PM Costs

Discussed recent significant price increases with this company on their preventative maintenance agreements with double digit % increases in their PM plans and LTE monitoring. Also discussed with them new contract language pre authorizing additional charges when signing a contract renewal. These are new plans and language that impacts their customers (new and existing) negatively and the company has decided to remain higher in cost unfortunately. If you’re in this geographic area, do yourself a favor and shop for competitive bids that are available.

Complete Electric took care of all our needs by starting here at our home with a personalized outline of our needs. We met at the office to fill out paperwork. They coordinated with the building inspector upon installation, took care of the removal of one sprinkler head that was too close. In closing, they took all the time that was needed after installation to explain the operating procedures. The process was smooth, nonstressful, and pleasant. We would recommend them highly as a company that will meet your needs, a company that has no high-pressure tactics, and a thoroughly professional operaation.

Above and beyond

We just purchased a home in Palm Bay which had a Generac system. The previous owner did not provide us with the key to secure the lid. With Irma approaching we were concerned about the lid blowing off and damage to the system. We began calling Generac dealers in the area, but no one had a key until we called Complete. They not only gave us the key, but had their associates drop it off at our home and stayed to made sure that it was the right key. Many thanks!!

Fantastic company to deal with!

Complete Electric was outstanding during the installation of my back-up generator. I am a snowbird and needed the installation to take place before I returned to my primary home in Ohio. The county permit process took a month for approval, and Complete expedited the process immediately after the permit was issued. Their installers were professional, personable, and worked quickly and two full days to get the job done. Thank you Tom, Jordan, Courtney, and Mike for your hard work!

This dealer is great

I had a new generator installed in 2010. While I too had the battery problem, I was advised by the service tech from another company that this had happened with generators not installed by Complete Electric. This particular problem came from the factory. The CE installation was done carefully and checked every step of the way. Their techs were professional and always polite. I have since been able to sign up with them for the bi-annual maintenance and found them to be as thorough as the previous company I had to employ because CE did not do bi-annual maintenance in 2010. I would recommend CE to anyone looking for good, honest, trustworthy installation and service.
