Was looking for my annual service for my 20K generator. Call Tuesday Jan 12th - appointment was for Thursday Jan 14th. Never expected such a quick response for a normal service call.I never used him before nor did I purchase the Gen from him. He made a client for life. This is what service is all about.

Great Experience

After living 69 yrs in NYC I was afraid of losing power in the country. Jack from Common Ground removed these fears. He explained what he could to help us in our all electric home. I know who I'll call for any electric problem.

Common Ground was one of 5 names I was given to fix my generator. Not only did Jack answer when I called but he continued to stay in touch with me every step of the way until my generator was fixed. He spoke to Generac on my behalf and explained everything to me that needed to be done. He even worked outside in zero weather in the dark to finish so I would have peace of mind in a working generator. I recommend Common Ground 110%.
