Dealer is great!

Jack is very reliable. He comes when he says he is going to. He has knowledge of the product. We had a minor problem with our generator, he went out of his way to make sure that it was repaired in a timely matter. He followed up with us to make sure we were happy. Would highly recommend.

Quick fast response

Was looking for my annual service for my 20K generator. Call Tuesday Jan 12th - appointment was for Thursday Jan 14th. Never expected such a quick response for a normal service call. I never used him before nor did I purchase the Gen from him. He made a client for life. This is what service is all about.

Great Experience

After living 69 yrs in NYC I was afraid of losing power in the country. Jack from Common Ground removed these fears. He explained what he could to help us in our all electric home. I know who I'll call for any electric problem.

Jack is THE MAN

Kind. Happy to explain things. Fun to have around. Oh yeah, and the generator works as advertised. I recommend for sure.

Outstanding!

You can do no better than Jack and Common Ground Electric. Jack spent a lot of time with me selecting exactly the generator model that would best meet my needs at my home. The generator was installed in a professional manner and on the schedule promised. Regular maintenance service is provided in a very timely manner. Jack is professional, personable, reliable and easily accessible...and perhaps most importantly, extremely knowledgeable about the product itself.
