Generac should strongly consider discontinuing business with this company. We provided a $10k deposit on September 2021 and given a delivery date of March 2022. I started reaching out to Geri, the sales rep, and the office in March 2022 however I was unable to get a response. After more than 100 calls and emails, I finally got a response from an office manager that stated that my generator was at the warehouse and they would start the permit process the following week. After roughly 30 contact attempts, the owner, Ed Perez called 2 to tell me that I was \u201cmisinformed\u201d and that they thought my generator was in but wouldn\u2019t be delivered until August 2022. In August 2022, I was told that the generator would be delivered in November. My generator has now been pushed back to MAY 2023. Why, you ask? Because this company was unable to pay the $6000 prior to the scheduled deliver date of 11/18 so we\u2019ve been pushed to the back of the line. Keep in mind that this company still has $10,000 of our money. This company is unprofessional, inaccessible and, quite frankly, likely insolvent. If you actually want a generator, use literally anyone else. To those waiting, seek legal remedies. Generac, this company is giving your brand a terrible name.

i had appointment for 10am on friday 11/11/22 called them as they are late. no calls from them to say anything, i called 4 times spoke with answering service and left messages. but no responce. when i called in wed 11/9/22 spoke with service manager, poor, not the best person to deal with. when i told her what the issues are for us to come out here it will be $189.95 to check it out, remember i said i have appointment for 10 am but they are a no call no service.my time has a price also of $189.95 per hour you are late. i was told by answering service that they are closed between 12 noon and 1 pm for lunch,

We paid 50% deposit for a generator in December and was given a 6-8 month to install time frame. Now, no one will answer any questions about timeline or if/when our generator will be installed. There are 50 people ahead of us in line supposedly to be installed with no timeline for how long it will take to get to us.

We bought a whole house Generac Generator from Comfort Engineered Systems, Inc. They provided great service. The installation team was especially great. They were professional, neat, and knowledgeable.

2 years ago I shopped for a stand by generator for out home. I chose Comfort Engineered Systems It was the best decision I could have made. Everyone from sales representative to installers to service technician have been awesome. The generator is worth its weight in gold. Especially living in the Deep South with its unpredictable weather. Great product great service great people to deal with. Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a generator.

the guys that came over to install generator was friendly and cleaned up the mess, when they dug the whole for the line they put the mud and grass back and it looked like nothing was done there, all work was cleand.

Very professional initial meeting and sales approach. installation was done expertly and installers were not only professional but friendly and willing to answer all questions about the unit and its operation. They even cleaned the unit after they were finished and picked up trash and boxes that were used during the installation. I would recommend this company to anyone.

John with Comfort Engineered Systems was the third salesman to call on us, and was above and beyond the most informed of all three. He was professional and most knowledgeable about Generac generators and the entire process, installation through service. CES was also the only company who spoke to us about service AFTER installation was complete. He recommended the proper sized generator and explained his reasons for doing so. John also answered all our questions prior to our decision and kept in touch with us after we had decided on CES, keeping us informed as to when the machine would arrive and installation would begin.

We installed a 20 kW Generac gas generator in August 2015. The entire process from purchase to installation was smooth.

From sales to installation it was a pleasant experience. Alex explained everything on the purchase of the generator. I was impressed by Dave and Steve on the installation. It's hard to keep a job site clean while working, but theirs was. Also David was very knowledgeable of and explaining the operations of the generator.

The service technician is very polite, professional and well informed on the generator . His presentation of infomation to me has been very thorough. The installers knew a lot about the product, were friendly and professional, and answered any questions I had. The necessary permits were obtained and everything went smoothly. Any time we have a question about the generator, the Comfort Engineering manager is there to assist us.My husband I are very happy with our decision to have a generator installed and are so glad we chose Comfort Engineering.

The best money i ever spent! When all my neighbors were without electricity, I woke up hearing the hum of my generator! I never have to ever worry again, no more evacuating, can stay in my house! God love Comfort Engineered Systems!!!
