okay well when we had these folks out, we knew very little about in home generators. Not only did they help explain everything in lay terms, their pricing was very reasonable (and we'd shopped around). Of course we had more questions after the fact, they still answered very timely. Can't wait for us to do this finally. I Know we won't regret it.

They were very professional, kept us up to date on the procedure and up to date on the timeline for completion. The installation team was extremely thorough and left the site as clean as when they arrived. I would definitely recommend them for your generator project.

If I could score 0 I would. I am so disappointed in this company. The company did not properly install my generator incorrectly and when I tried to rectify the matter they refused to return my phone calls. I had to pay another company to fix the things like installing a regulator and connecting the required code requirements. They were so nice when I purchased the generator but then disregard the code violations and stop communicating with me. BUYER beware, make sure the company send master plumbers and electrical members.

They installed my ATS a while ago and, after some lengthy issues with Lowe's, were able to finally install the generator at my house.
