Collaborative Services LLC

Great company!

I was referred to Collaborative Services about 2 or 2-1/2 years ago by Generac corporate offices. They were amazing -- quick install, no problems. Someone came out one time when they detected a small issue via electronic transmission back to Collaborative. I would definitely purchase from them again -- or use some of their other services!.

Excellent service

I was referred to Collaborative Services by a happy client of theirs. The entire interaction was excellent. Belinda was there to help me through the entire purchase process of my new 26KW generator, and Keith and the guys from Collaborative have been great with the installation. Keith came back once my meter was installed and explained my new system. I'm ready for the next power outage, which is great peace of mind!

Bad service/communication

We attempted to purchase a 26kW Generac from Collaborative. They promised an install within 3 weeks. That never happened. Collaborative never reached out to us to let us know that they were behind. Fast forward almost 2 months and they finally showed up for the install. They brought a 24kW generator and would have installed it if I hadn’t caught their mistake. They then attempted to install it in a location other than what the site survey expert had arranged. This company has poor customer service and their communication is lacking beyond reason.

Collaborative Services Is Great!

Collaborative Services recently installed my new whole home Generac generator and did a great job. The entire team from Collaborative Services was fantastic to work from start to finish. They provided the best price and adjusted their installation schedule to coordinate with my landscaping work. Their installation crew was exceptional setting up my generator and completing the electrical connections in under 3 hours. They provided a thorough rundown on the operation of the new equipment, maintenance requirements and support resources. I highly recommend Collaborative Services for installing Generac generators because of the outstanding service and high quality installation they delivered.

Annual Maintenance

John from Collaborative Services was very friendly and knowledgeable. Walked me through what he was doing in a fast and efficient manner. Highly Recommended!

Total Pro

okay well when we had these folks out, we knew very little about in home generators. Not only did they help explain everything in lay terms, their pricing was very reasonable (and we'd shopped around). Of course we had more questions after the fact, they still answered very timely. Can't wait for us to do this finally. I Know we won't regret it.

This dealer was excellent

I want to thank Collaborative so much for their quick responses and work in getting our Generac generator. I appreciate all that Belinda, the installation team, and Collaborative Services has done in getting our generator setup. It is so nice (and rare these days) to work with a company, as well as its employees, like them. Thanks again and we will certainly spread the word to our neighbors!

Fantastic experience!

The team from Collaborative Services was great from the sales force, the office staff and the installation team. They were very professional, kept us up to date on the procedure and up to date on the timeline for completion. The installation team was extremely thorough and left the site as clean as when they arrived. I would definitely recommend them for your generator project.
