Collaborative Gens & Pwr Slns LLC

Amazing service timed just right!

I knew that it was time to get a generator for my home. I utilized the online form for Generac, but did not hear back from anyone. Frankly, I got busy and did not follow up. One day, a representative from Generac called me to ensure I was taken care of. Love that! When I mentioned not yet, she reached to Josh at Collaborative Generators. He had time on his calendar to visit within 45 minutes (yes and I do mean the same day). Impressive. Following the evaluation, we'd agreed on the next available date which was within a couple of weeks out. The team did an amazing job. They were professional, flexible and done with the install the same day. With a storm looming, I wanted to be ready. Sure enough within a few days of having the generator, the power went off for 5 seconds, then everything came back on as planned generator power. Talk about timing! I'd highly recommend reaching out to this team for your generator needs.

Great company

These guys are great. They came when they said they would. They did a fantastic install and cleaned up everything when they were done. Then they demonstrated how the generator worked and tested everything to be sure. They were also friendly and courteous and above all, very professional. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Customer oriented

Generac fit the bill. Compact yet powerful, haven't had a power outage since installed but thanks to Generac and our dealer "Collaborative " we are ready.

Collaborative Generators are a great dealer!

The people with Collaborative Generators were very professional and helpful in my search of a back-up generator system for my home! They were always available to answer any questions and help me under stand all the things that go with acquiring a generator system. I would highly recommend them to work with and install a system!

This dealer has a great TEAM.

Everyone, sales representative knowledge and explanation, staff and installation crew all were very professional and courteous.

GREAT Installers!

CGPS responded quickly. Put my generator in within 3 weeks of contacting me. Other generator companies were booked out 18 months. The salesperson, manager, installer, electrician, and technician all responded and showed up for the installation in a timely manner. CGPS will answer your calls and work rain, shine, or nighttime to rectify any problems or answer any questions you may have. Thanks for all your help! We need more companies that operate like this.

Good and timely service.

The installation of my Generac required extra inspections by the city and additional service from the natural gas company. The guys on ste solved all the issues. I am completely satisfied with the company employees. Good job!

Collaborative Generators

Collaborative was able to estimate and install my generator within a few weeks compared to other dealers stating a year out! They were professional and did a great job installing our system. I have recommended Collaborative to our neighborhood after multiple outages due to their professionalism and great maintenance plan.
