Mr. Jeff Elven patiently waited about ten minutes for me to arrive home. On the specific day of my scheduled maintenance, I had an unexpected personal need that interfered with the initial schedule . Mr. Elven waited patiently untIl I arrived home, and then he immediately started to work on my generator and asked if I had any questions. I did have a few questions and he explained everything he thought it would be beneficial for me to know. He even took the top of the generator off and showed me the proper metric allen wrench that I needed to have if I ever wanted to trouble shoot myself. He explained everything slowly & thoroughly with kindness and patience and kept asking me, do I understand, do I see how this is done ?As he was wrapping up his service call he told me that I could call him anytime and we could FaceTime and troubleshoot if I ever had an issue. I Purchased a Generac standby generator for peace of mind.
