The install was not level. He used my pavers I had on the side of the house that was for another project. I called Generac and sent pictures - they agreed the install was not done properly. I will have to call another company to fix issues and follow-up with the local resources. On top of it, he was downright RUDE. Do not use this vendor. I wish I could attach pictures.

Having been a licensed inspector for many years, I appreciate working with professionals who understand who is their customer and what should be expected in a service relationship. Maurice is a true craftsman. He is straight forward, honest, hard working and courteous. He takes time to explain how an installation will be conducted and what you as a customer should expect. His work is flawless and is completed in a timely fashion. I couldn't be more pleased with his work.

does not want to service once he has his money. when called his response was(I will get there eventually.) wired switch backwards then refused to correct the problem. had another installer wire it correctly and had to pay an additional 175.00not a professional outfit.

If you can think of any criteria to rate the installation of my unit, it would get a five-star rating. I would give anyone the highest unconditional recommendation without any reservations. Maurice is prompt, courteous, personable, knowledgeable, hard-working, considerate and very efficient and experienced. You cannot go wrong using this company for your generator installation!
