I'm not sure if I have enough room here to list all of the problems that I had with Climate Control. It took from April to September for them to repair and reinstall my Generac. My genetic was under warranty but they refused to return it to me saying that I owed them several thousand dollars because they didn't agree with the price that Generac had agreed to pay them for the repair for an engine swap. As per Generac the unit should never have left my property. The repair should have taken a couple of days not months.

Climate Control installed my Generac Generator which was purchased at Lowe's. They did an outstanding job.

The dealer continually misinformed me on the arrival of my generator. Some of this is understood due to COVID, however I would expect the dealer to call me and let me know the generator wouldn\u2019t be in or even close to the time given. Then when I call, she is rude, as if I\u2019m inconveniencing her by inquiring about my purchase. In addition I wrote a 9 grand check for my purchase that still hasn\u2019t cleared. I called and again I was inconveniencing this dealer. I won\u2019t be using them for follow on maintenance or any other service.
