Good choice

Dealer was recommended by LP gas provider.Sales rep. answer my questions, and explained how Generac systems works. Gave options the worked well with my budget. Also recommended I get more than one quote. Second company called and did his sales over phone, enough said. Bad plan.Talked with several friends ...decided to have unit installed by Elite services.Wait period for equipment was longer than planned but hurricanes in Gulf was factor.Unit installed in one day, very great job of explaining operations to wife and family.Nothing but praises for these guys.Good Job!!

Great dealer

Got three quotes from local Generac dealers, one showed up did his sales presentation more of salesman (used cars) felt uncomfortable. Second left info for me to email. Last salesman was more of a hands on type, gave me good info, friendly and answer my questions, left me with quote. Two weeks later crew showed up installed my system, very professional guys. Treated me like a friend. Very pleased.

Sales person was very professional , answered all my questions. Gave me a quote during site survey. Agreed to having system installed, found out then that he was also installer and service tech. Two week later system was install in one day, both tech's were great representative of Generac. Very well please. Have recommended them to several neighbors .

Checked Generac site read past reviews, called.Sales person showed up on time, explained the entire process to me, Answer my questions, in terms I could understand.Found out in talking with person that he was also installer not just sales.Got a written quote within two days.
