Clearbrook Electric

Peace of Mind

Parents are elderly and live just outside the city limits. Wanted a generator for those occasional outages, since everything runs on electricity. Installation took a few hours. The technicians were nice and always took time to answer our questions. Very impressed with the final product/installation. Looks amazing. No issues with attaching the unit to our propane source, too. I know my parents are pleased with everything. Based on our experience so far, I would recommend Clearbrook to others.

Peace of mind

We have an old Generac that Clearbrook Electric keeps running in perfect condition. They are prompt when we need them, which isn’t very often. Having the generator is peace of mind living out in the woods.

From the first conversation to the final install, everything went very smoothly. Communication is great, installers were experienced and professional in all aspects. A pleasure to do business with! Highly recommend!

Generator Installation

Glad Clearbrook Electric was recommended for Gererac supply and installation. Very professional and extremely easy to work with! The install/service crew was tremendous, and installation was obviously “old hat” to them. They went right to work and within 2 hours they were exercising the generator! Great crew that knew their task at hand- thanks guys!!!

Great service

We have used Clearbrook Electric for several years for maintenance on our generator, always dependable, always there!

Nice Job

The crew arrived at the time stated. After meeting with them and explaining what they were going to do and fully answering all of my questions they went to work. They worked well as a team and in a short time my generator was installed and running. They did an excellent job and left no messes. A very good team of people. Thanks for an excellent job.

Piece of mind

we purchased our generator from Clearbrook Electric in September, they called and we agreed on an installation date. 2 gentlemen showed up at 8:15 in the morning and were very professional, did excellent work and explained everything to our satisfaction, returned my call promptly to answer additional questions after they had setup the generator and loaded up and left to return to their shop.

Technician very professional and courteous. Very happy to support services to date!

Excellent dealer!!!!

I recently went online to request a free assessment for a home generator. I was promptly contacted by Randy from this dealership. He gathered all necessary information from me and also sent out Patrick to make a site visit to evaluate our property. Shortly thereafter, I received a detailed proposal outlining all costs. We accepted the proposal and installation was scheduled. On the scheduled day, I received a courtesy call from one of the installers, Tom, informing me they had run into some construction en route so would arrive slightly later than scheduled—I really appreciated that communication, thanks, Tom! Upon arrival installation ensued and was completed in one day—very impressive. Installers were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks goes out to Randy and his competent team.

Excellent performance by entire staff

Randy was prompt to make a personal site visit after I called to discuss our plans. He reviewed and evaluated our specific generator needs, developed a comprehensive Plan and Proposal. After accepting Proposal an installation date was promptly scheduled. Entire team had specific tasks to accomplish and the entire installation was completed in one day. Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgable and professional throughout entire process. Kudos to Tommy, excellent job. Thank you.
