Warranty work

I got Clean Energy innovators number from the warranty department at Generac. They did not install the inverter and battery systems. From the first phone call with them i was impressed by the customer service. Jared arrived at the site on time and provide useful information for the systems. He already had the spare parts that he thought had failed. After he installed the new parts we brought the system online and it work perfected. I would not hesitate to have them install or work on any system in the future.

Absolutely incredible. We have used a lot contractors in the past several years and Randy and his crew with clean energy innovators are hands down, without a doubt the best. My family is committed to reducing our carbon footprint and self sufficient lifestyle and the solar panels with battery system integrating with our propane generator gives us complete energy independence. Exceptional customer support of Generac PWRCell

Clean Energy Innovators excels in professional planning and support of its Generac-based solar backup solutions. From our first contact with the company owner, communication has been exceptional. The proposed system was customized to meet our backup and electrical usage requirements. A detailed engineering and permitting plan was submitted for our review before installation, and our suggestions were incorporated into the plan before final submittal. The layout of our home was particularly challenging for placement of battery backup since the electric service entrance is at the lower corner of the house furthest from the garage where batteries are normally located. CEI provided great planning support to meet the safety requirements of both the city of Anacortes and the electrical requirements of Washington Labor and Industries. They also went the extra mile to make the equipment installation as neat as possible in our home. We did encounter some intermittent problems with solar production on one of the solar strings shortly after installation, but the owner of CEI stayed in close contact with us and Generac during the debugging process. The issue turned out to be an intermittent solar panel which was quickly replaced under warranty. CEI stands out from other businesses, when it comes to exceptional customer support. We are now producing all of our electricity needs and exporting the excess to the grid to be banked for usage during the lower sun winter months. So far, the electric bill is limited to the monthly connection fee, and we expect to make it through the rest of the year in that situation using the banked production. A feature of the Generac battery backup system that was attractive to us was the modularity of capacity in 3 kWh increments. We have the entry 9 kWh system which could be expanded up to 18 kWh if our electric backup needs should expand in the future. Since our heat and cooking is natural gas, the 9kWh battery will be sufficient for whole-home backup through an overnight power outage. The Generac battery and inverter system has been working well to meet our needs which originally were motivated by a desire for a backup power source. We are happy to have chosen the solar-powered battery backup over a natural-gas powered generator since we get the benefits every day that the sun rises. We are also very happy to have chosen Clean Energy Innovators as our solar backup provider.

Excellent products and service!

Clean Energy Innovators went over and above the call of duty to help us (assistance with step lights, etc.) without any extra cost. This is a company that cares about its customers! We are delighted that Clean Energy Innovators helped us use the Generac PWRview app to diagnose and resolve water heater settings that were adding hundreds of dollars a year to our electric bill. The Generac solar + battery system has performed perfectly…precisely as promised and expected! Working with Clean Energy Innovators was so easy, and the owners personally handled the project from start to finish and communication was superb. They performed their work flawlessly and in a timely manner. You’ll be happy to have worked with this company!

Exeptional quality and service

We had been thinking about battery storage since we had our solar panels installed and had done enough research to decide that Generac was our preferred system. I visited the Generac website and filled out the inquiry form. Generac referred us to Clean Energy Innovators as the provider in our area. What a blessing that turned out to be! Our initial solar install with a different contractor was problem ridden. Clean Energy Innovators went out of their way to make sure that our expectations weren't just met, but exceeded in every category, including frequency and accuracy of communication, the quality of the system and the installation, the integrity of everyone on the team and their commitment to doing a good job, and their commitment to keeping the schedule. They even corrected a number of problems that were the result of a sloppy installation by our previous installer. Our system has been up and running for a couple months now and we are delighted with how well it works. I know that even now, if I have a question, I can expect a quick and accurate response.
