Company is not responsive at all. Utilized them one time and noticed this issue and chalked it to a bad day/week. Attempted to give them another try and have received the same lack of response and customer service.

I called them on a recommendation from a friend for a generator that 2 other dealer's couldn't fix. They had it fixed in an hour and did an oil change. Highly recommended.
