Clark Sales & Service LLC

Top Notch

MD is known for storms, hurricanes and losing power. We came back from a out-of-state funeral to find that we had lost power during a Nor-easter, and our basement had flooded. As a result, we started looking into automatic backup generators. Shortly afterwards, we found that one phase into our electrical box had gone bad. Since we now needed to replace our box, we decided that it was the most efficient time to add the generator. A temporary fix was made to our breaker box, and we immediately called around. Bill Clark was the most responsive to our call. Bill looked over our installation, recommended two options to help "right-size" a GENERAC unit for our needs and offer us the most cost-effective solution. When we checked around the neighborhood, we found that he had installed about 80% of all units. We made our decision and put in our order with no hesitation. Clark Sales and Services immediately ordered our unit and called us to schedule the installation as soon as it arrived. They kept their schedule and all team members were extremely neat on the job site. They treated our house as if it were their own. We felt confident that we chose correctly. That was 18 months ago. We have survived several power outages ranging from 5 minutes to 5 hours without any more power issues. I have been so pleased with the unit and service we received from Bill, we now use them to provide the annual maintenance on our unit - which is also reasonably priced. I highly recommend Bill and his team to anyone looking for a backup generator.

Excellent Price and Service

We obtained at least three estimates for a home generator - Clark was by far the most reasonable estimate. In fact, I called to find out if everything and hookup were included - yes they were - everything included just as the higher priced estimates. Clark brought the generator to the home on schedule and performed the electric work in a timely manner. The install was performed with excellence - taking into account positioning the generator in an easy to access area but also taking into consideration the asthetic nature of the house - i.e., does not look odd or misplaced. The electrician was excellent and explained all of the operation to me. The install did not inconvenience the family. Overall I was really impressed by Clark's price and exceptional installation - I am completely satisfied - recommended highly without reservation. Vlad from Monkton, Maryland.

Clark Sales are excellent!

I had a number of meetings with Bill Clark. He provided me with insightful technical detail as well as cost benefits for various equipment options. I ending up purchasing an excellent emergency generator for my home. His installation was first rate, and his charges were fair. I have two neighbors who have also purchased from Clark Sales. They are very pleased as well with both installation and annual maintenance. You can’t do better than Clark Sales!

Professionalism and quality

Generac's Clark Sales and Service installation crew were efficient, timely, and professional during all phases of the installation of the generator.
