does not do Warranty work
I have a brand new 22KW generator that had an oil leak. I was told to call Clark Electrical by Generac. After some days I did get a return call to set something up to look at it. The young lady then asked me if this was Warranty work? I confirmed that it was. She then informed me that they do not do Warranty work for Generac.Hmmm Why did Generac send me to them first??
