Outstanding Service

Chustz Electric lived up to every expectation I had with regard to the installation, servicing and maintenance of my Generac home generator. Outstanding Service! They have been timely, efficient and polite every step of the way. I could not ask for more for Chustz Electric

Excellent Company and Product

I highly recommend Chustz Electric for Generac service. I have had these folks for 2 years, now, and these guys are excellent. I have had conversation with the service techs several times now on their scheduled service calls and have found them extremely friendly and willing to answer my questions, explaining and demonstrating how the system works. This means a lot to me. Additionally, their cost for my service agreement is very reasonable. If you have a Generac, this is the company I would recommend for service to ensure the unit will function properly when needed!

Great Customer service

The people at Chustz Electric are the most friendly customer service people. Their employees are professional and I get great service from them for my generator.

customer frendly

I've enjoyed doing business with Chustz. They do what they say they are going to do. No surprises. Know who the customer is.

This Dealer is Very Professional

From the very first first meeting where my needs and requirements were discussed to the final inspection and semi-annual services, Chustz Electric has been a pleasure to work with. They have been professional in every way personal in their one to one dealings.

Well done!

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Generator is great

Reliable

We had a generator installed a couple of years ago. They installed the unit quickly. After a storm, I had a question about the unit and they responded immediately, even though I am sure they were very busy. I have recommended Chustz Electric to others here at LSU looking for a generator. They maintain the unit without oversight. They do a great job.
