Coy, did a great job servicing my Generac generator! I understand the break-in service is pretty simple however, being a first time generator owner, he was very informative and helpful with questions and information for me to have a better understanding on how the generator functions. This gives me a greater comfort level overall. He is a great employee.

This dealer was very responsive to my questions and concerns. Sent a tech out the following day to troubleshot problem with old generator. Decided to purchase a new Generac and it was delivered the following day. NO pressure to buy new! Install techs were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Chris and his team are on top of their game. High level professionals who get the job done and make repairs quickly and efficiently. During Hurricane Florence my house almost flooded because my generator failed. The service company I had a contract with failed me and didn\u2019t show up. Chris came to me and personally repaired my generator and saved the day. Give these guys an opportunity to help you and I promise you will not regret it.

First time generator owner

I moved to NC from KS and after going through several hurricanes and my little gas powered generator only providing minimal power, I chose to purchase a whole house generator. Chris was recommended to me and he has been nothing but professional in every aspect. He has been very responsive each time I reached out to him, made certain my unit was serviced before the recent hurricane, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to those seeking comfort in knowing they would have power any time the power goes out. He is absolutely awesome and cares about his customers!!!! It is wonderful dealing with an individual as opposed to dealing with "big box stores" as you receive individual attention that you don't receive from the "big box stores". Thank you Chris!!!!

Came to the rescue when needed. Old generator gave up the ghost.

Chris and his crew found a new generator and installed it the same day.I needed the generator due to illness in our home. Heat and AC were critical for person at the home.Thank you Chris and the others who came to our rescue.

Great Dealer

Great dealer. Recently changed dealers and we are really happy. Our Generac is 14 years old and would like for it to last a long time. We had a problem Saturday during Dorian with our generator and Chris responded quickly. He checked out the problem and within a 1/2 hour he had it running. We had a bad starter and it needed replacement. He ordered the part that day and had the new one installed in 5 days(Thursday). Chris is the best! Highly recommended.

Great service. Pays attention to detail.

I moved and Christopher moved my old ETN Generac to my new home. All was as I was quoted, done in excellent time, and workmanship was the best I have had in years. My old generator is on its last leg and I have asked Christopher to up me from a 14 KW to and new 16 KW Generac. I wouldn't want anyone else to do the installation and the service work.
