Chosen Electric INC

Chosen Electric #1

I had Chosen Electric do my annual maintenance on my Generac. Daniel did a fantastic job. He also reconnected my Generac to my new Wi-Fi network. My battery was 5 years old he informed me and I had him change it out while he was there! Great Job!

No response and no service after many calls...

I called Chosen Electric to schedule annual service on my Generac 20kW home generator back in October 2020. They said it could take a few weeks to come out to service, which was fine. Service had not yet been performed by Christmas (8 weeks later), so I called and left a voicemail (again) to cancel. Still waiting for a call back to confirm the appointment has been cancelled... although I don't actually expect them to respond. I will be calling another service provider in the area.

This dealer is outstanding.

Installation was fast and done neatly around my landscaping outside. Smart and professional all the way.

Hard Working

We ordered our Generac Generator from Chosen Electric and through a series of unfortunate events with the mail system and through a shortage of units available to install, Dan and Kim were great to work with, eventually providing our Generator for installation. Dan worked extremely hard during a cold wet day to complete the installation, enabling my wife and I to meet some travel deadlines.

This installer dealer 5 stars

I am very impressed with Chosen Electric and will be calling them again for service!!
