No response and no service after many calls...

I called Chosen Electric to schedule annual service on my Generac 20kW home generator back in October 2020. They said it could take a few weeks to come out to service, which was fine. Service had not yet been performed by Christmas (8 weeks later), so I called and left a voicemail (again) to cancel. Still waiting for a call back to confirm the appointment has been cancelled... although I don't actually expect them to respond. I will be calling another service provider in the area.
This dealer is outstanding.

We ordered our Generac Generator from Chosen Electric and through a series of unfortunate events with the mail system and through a shortage of units available to install, Dan and Kim were great to work with, eventually providing our Generator for installation. Dan worked extremely hard during a cold wet day to complete the installation, enabling my wife and I to meet some travel deadlines.
