poor business model

I set up an install and the install was weeks later then promised. I took the day off work so he could get into my house and he never showed. We were told that this would be permitted and we paid him for the permits which never was completed. Then when needed service they would not answer our call

Trouble getting service for tune up's

I have called 3 times for service only was able to talk to some one once

Chosen Electric did everything they said they would do and in a very timely manner considering that our state was in lock down at the time we started the process. We asked for bids from a number of companies and Chosen not only was the lowest bid, but did not nickel and dime us as we when through the install. They put down a pad that none of the other companies even considered and the stability and esthetics blended in the surrounding area wonderfully. The care taken in putting in the gas and electric lines was superior to any I have seen at other site I looked at. I would highly recommend Chosen Electric to any who are looking. The office staff got back to us in timely, and when there were delays because of weather they were in contact letting us know. Thanks, Chosen Electric, for our new Generac and all your help in this endeavor.

Excellent results

I had Chosen Electric come out and install my generator. Overall, these guys did an awesome job. It took about 6 hours to complete, but everything was done up to code and they cleaned up the area when they were done. I was very impressed with the way they tackled the job.
