Do NOT Use them
This should have been easy upgrade to replace the existing 12KW generator to a 18KW larger generator. All infrastructure already in place (automatic transfer switch, natural gas lines, electrical feed lines, etc.) Person who came out to evaluate what was needed DID NOT include upgraded larger generator electrical cables needed to handle 18KW load so cost me extra above agreed upon price for upgraded/larger cables which was substantial when the installers were on site with generator ready to change out generators. A Visa card was also advertised for purchase of generator. After one month of texts regarding this with no response from person who came out and evaluated the site, BBB was contacted to resolve the issue.
