    Pleased

    I was pleased with the installation process of my Generac whole house generator. However, I am disappointed the company did not discuss mounting my generator on a cement pad. I hate that it was installed on the ground with only small gravel placed under it. I hope this does not, in time, damage the device. I also do not like the cost of the annual maintenance that is required on a whole-house generator which is an expense I will always have. Additionally, I was told that this price of annual maintenance will increase each year--as it has thus far.
