We needed a home generator after a number of extended outages this past year. Got quotes from many dealers. Chico stood out from them all for a number of reasons. Joe (owner) spent the time to explain the installation process from start to finish. He answered all phone calls and emails promptly. He was willing to consider all the options and made an excellent proposal.

I just had an issue this morning with my generator not working. I called Chico Electric up and they were at my house within the hour! The tech was so friendly and knowledgeable. He had it fixed and serviced in no time. I can't recommend them enough! After your service, you have that feel good feeling that you called the right person for the job.

After coming out and reviewing my generator installation, Joe and his team worked like blockbusters to get the job done. They were knowledgeable about their business and about my Generac generator. Problems other installers couldn't fix, Chicos resolved quickly. They were professional not only in their workmanship but also in their demeanor in getting the job done.
