Chico Electric, LLC

Best of the Best!

We needed a home generator after a number of extended outages this past year. Got quotes from many dealers. Chico stood out from them all for a number of reasons. Joe (owner) spent the time to explain the installation process from start to finish. He answered all phone calls and emails promptly. He was willing to consider all the options and made an excellent proposal. His crew and the gas installation crew were top notch. Everything was done neatly and professionally. Shout out to the plumbers for installing the 80 foot gas run through the house to get to the generator! Everyone was courteous and friendly. Getting a whole house generator is a sizable expense and involved process. Chico was there through it all and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Best Customer Service Ever!!!

I just had an issue this morning with my generator not working. I called Chico Electric up and they were at my house within the hour! The tech was so friendly and knowledgeable. He had it fixed and serviced in no time. I can't recommend them enough! After your service, you have that feel good feeling that you called the right person for the job.

Wonderful service experience!!

After coming out and reviewing my generator installation, Joe and his team worked like blockbusters to get the job done. They were knowledgeable about their business and about my Generac generator. Problems other installers couldn't fix, Chicos resolved quickly. They were professional not only in their workmanship but also in their demeanor in getting the job done. I would use Joe and his team again for any electrical need I may experience. A great service oriented company!

Awesome Service!

The owner answered the phone when I called and scheduled me in for service the very next day! How often does that happen anymore? The young man who showed up at the house was very polite and professional. I got a call again from the owner when the job was done to let me know that all was well. I could not recommend this company more highly!

This dealer is the best!!

Over the years I have dealt with many contractors/installers. Never have I had one so knowledgeable and thorough. From start to finish he answered all my questions, showing me he knew the product "inside and out". I would recommend this dealer/installer to anyone interested in a Generac generator.

Excellent and Responsive dealership

I met the owner, Joe Chico at my house...he was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process. He answered all my questions. During the instillation, his team worked well and quickly. The job was completed on time. Several weeks later we did have one issue and he was out to come out and fix it quickly. I would recommend Chico Electric to anyone.

Top Shelf Service and Integrity

Chico Electric is one of those rare lucky finds. They are completely professional and honest. Their pricing is excellent and the quality of work is absolutely outstanding. Clean line runs, high-end tech skill, clean job site and great follow up. I have used this outfit a few times and have been so impressed, that I gave them the job of rewiring my older home without even asking what they will charge for the work - true story.

A Professional Who Takes Pride in His Work

Chico Electric is the type of contractor that is hard to find these days. Joe and his crew take great pride in their work and it was apparent in everything they did. This is truly a case where actions speak louder than words. Joe took the time to thoroughly explain which generator and features were best for our needs. The installation was meticulous and spotless. They even shook out and folded up the drop cloths I had laid on the floor when they were done. Between the time we signed the contract and installation, Joe discovered a better surge protector than what was included in our contract. True to his character, he installed the upgraded one at no additional cost. There is no need to waste time looking for a contractor to install your generator, Joe is the man to call.
