Excellent Service

I needed service to fix an over-crank fault problem on an out of warranty non-Generac generator that didn't have local dealer. Eric researched the brand and likely sources of the problem and promptly scheduled an appointment. Within 30 minutes of arriving he solved the problem and got the generator working as good as new. He also checked my oil, air cleaner, and other generator functions, but only charged for fixing the over-crank problem. Charlottesville Generator was referred to me by neighbors and I will continue to use them for all my generator needs.
