Easy to make an appointment for service. Derk arrived on time. Did all of the necessary work, which included fully checking the system. He explained in detail what he did, and left a check list of his findings. All in all, a great job.

Given these days of constrained resources and personnel, Charlotte County Generators made it happen for us! Yes, it took longer than we wanted, but Amanda the office manager went the extra mile to get us a generator sooner than we were expecting , got everything coordinated with gas company and FPL and county inspectors. Definitely understood our frustration and went the extra miles :-) to get the project pushed down the road. Professional from front office to the fellas doing the hard in the field installing. Charlotte County Generators did a tremendous job considering Generac was very slow in getting the generators built and distributed to the dealers. Amanda and Tom and the rest of the company were very professional and understanding of my frustration with having to wait so long for Generac to get the generators built and shipped.

After several other estimates, I chose Charlotte County Generators because the owner, Tom Main, was quick to give an estimate & he was too the point, honest & I felt he knew exactly what I needed & no more. He listened & complied with our desires. Also, during a power outage, we discovered our new Generac generator had a manufactures defect. Tom called me (even though he was away celebrating his birthday). Derrick was working close by & came immediately to see why the generator stopped working. I'm on oxygen 24/7 & Amanda stayed on the phone with me until I got on portable oxygen & my breathing under control. Great company & great people

It all started out good then no follow up.The receptionist answered the phone on multiple occasions. I scheduled an appointment for the owner to come out . We discussed the project and was given an estimate immediately .Now no one will return my phone calls to finalize the jobIts been weeks. Why bother coming to my house?This isn't a company I chose to do business withThey obviously do not need any work.

Trying to get repairs or replacement since Dec 12, 2017. Its now 4/26/18 unit not repaired or working and they will not return my phone calls

We have called several times which you only get a recording. No reply for over 3months now. Don't waste your time find a dealer in Fort Myers or surrounding area

They very much met my expectations in the install, start up and customer orientation of my Generac QT27 automatic HSBY generator. Charlotte County Generator is a company that I feel very comfortable recommending to anyone who expects things to be done right the first time, on time and on budget.

No one ever answers the phone. I've left messages on their machine and get no response. Typical of FL. that I can\u2019t seem to pay anyone to work for me.
