Very impressive

A business owner for the past 36 years in the electrical contracting field. A few run ins with the whole house generators. Not scared but not a niche business for me. A friend went to work here so when it came time to build my barndominium, I called for a quote.From the day the manager walked on my property I was impressed. It just kept getting more impressive with each communication.The communication these folks have is top notch. You have to remember nothing ,it is that awesome.Hopefully I don\u2019t need service anytime soon, but I cannot imagine that would be anything less stellar.Very very impressive. Probably the best experience and least stressful part of our build.

Incompetent

Stay away from this dealer. They sent unqualified people to install and troubleshoot my generator issues. The owner himself called me to try and explain all the issues. It seemed to finally be solved but they came and serviced my machine and now I'm having problems again. STAY AWAY!!!!

Purchase and Install our Generac Generator

From the time Charleston Electric started (sales reps., Office reps. and Installer) everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. We now have peace of mind if electric go out.

Generac 22kw Auto Back-up Installed

Had it installed one year ago (10/2019). Has been flawless, with only 19 hours of runtime thus far. You know what they say, "Buy it and you'll never need it." I don't care. Well worth the peace of mind and knowing that I have Charleston Electric to back me makes it even sweeter.

Excellent Service

Installers were prompt to arrive on schedule. They explained clearly what would be done to complete the installation and took precautions when entering our household to get power to the generator. I highly recommend this dealer.

Charleston Electric did a good job of bidding and installing my 22kw Generac. The Team showed up at the house when expected and did a professional installation. It took longer than expected but that was because my utilities were on separate sides of the house. It is good to have a whole house generator installed.

Highly Recommended Dealer

Charleston Electric installed our generator April 15 on a rainy morning when I fully expected them to reschedule. This was during the COVID-19 crisis and after we had to switch installation days while awaiting HOA approval of our site plan.The installation team was knowledgeable, professional and quite thorough in explaining how to test the system prior to potential hurricane threats. While the generator itself is intended to provide peace of mind in the event of an extended power outage, Charleston Electric likewise gives us a sense of security knowing we can expect a prompt and proficient response should we need them.
