Our experience with Charlie was seamless. He is detail oriented, knowledgeable, meticulous, and very hard working. I am writing to review our service provider Charles Bueno with CBES. We had Charles come out to look at our generator that came with the purchase of our home in 2015. He alerted me that the previous owner had not even change the initial oil that is only for the first 12 hours of usage. He showed me the inside of the generator. Charles explained the problems so clearly that I actually could understand and relay the info back to my husband. He took the machine apart and (luckily) was able to fix it! Since then we had several power outages and the generator worked until it didn't. He was exceptionally kind to make time to swing by and explain the problem. He made time when there wasn't any in his schedule to fix our broken gasket so that we would have power in the upcoming third nor'easter. He is above and beyond the best serviceman I have encountered ever! No joke! He cared about our situation enough that he actually made time to help when he had no time to do so. He sent pictures of the broken parts and explained in great detail all the work that was done. He is very passionate about generators and teaching his customers the importance of maintaining their Generac machines.

Mr Bueno is a great professional always trying to satisfy his client's needs in a cost effective manner. As I filled out the ratings at the top of the page above my biggest concern was that readers would not believe the ratings. However they are true based on my experiences with him which have been truly excellent.

We have used Charles's services for a few years now and he is consistently first rate. He provides exceptional service, clear communication, and is polite, friendly and never pushy when suggesting ways to improve our backup system. I would happily recommend Charles without hesitation.

Charlie is THE BEST - I cannot recommend him enough. He is always on time, answers calls/emails immediately, very knowledgable and always spends the time to review all documentation and walk me through all service appointments. Generac is lucky to have him as part of their team.

Charles was recommended to us by a friend, and after the winter this year we felt installing a backup generator was a high priority for us. Charles was incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and committed to meeting our needs. On the day of the final install (e.g. when the propane company finally showed up), we were out of town and Charles took charge of the process. In the pouring rain, he resolved a technical issue (boarding up a window near the new propane tank) that would have delayed the completion another week. He just gave us a final, thorough debriefing and run through of the generator system (which is fantastic, by the way), and said - "the only thing you need to remember if you have a question or a problem is - call Charles." We are incredibly delighted with the machine, the installation, and the personal service.

Recently we decide to have a generator installed. Found Charles Bueno Electrical Services and gave them a call after reviewing comments here. Spoke with Charles and, after setting an appointment, he gave me the rundown on how their process works. Informed transparency sums it up. Charles made the initial visit. He, again, covered how they operate and we discussed what was needed and wanted done. Charles did a thorough evaluation and walk-though. In his comments, he made suggestion as to other points we should consider. Once he had a clear idea of what was to be done, an estimate was worked up and presented to us with explanation of the work and the way forward. Once we accepted the estimate, the work visit was set-up and the work expeditiously accomplished. The time frames set were met, with a heads-up call or emails prior to the visits. Cost was clear and met. Throughout, there was effective communications and careful attention paid to our home. Charles conveyed professionalism and confidence in his work. I would do business again with Charles Bueno Electrical Services and recommend anyone in the área to include them for consideration. Keep up the amazing work Charles.

Charles was not the installer of our generator. We hired him for annual service but were having trouble with the generator running for no reason. We were at the point of just having it removed. Charles was persistent. He made numerous trips to our house to troubleshoot and finally he got Generac to replace our controller at no charge which turned out to be the issue. If it were for Charles, we wouldn't have the generator. He charged us exactly nothing. Recently, he stopped by to add some oil when it was low, on his day off. I don't give 5-star ratings typically. Charles is exceptional. Generac is lucky to have him support their systems.

I had an excellent experience with this electrical service. Not only they started and finished the job as was accorded, but it was done neatly and with no extra surprises or costs.

Charles sold me a generator and did an excellent job of managing an installation that involved working with other contractors. I was impressed with Charles' expertise, professionalism, and responsiveness. He exceeded expectations. Anyone planning to purchase a generator should call Charles.

Charlie did an exceptional job, fixing all the problems caused by the electrician who originally installed my generator. I hope he will continue servicing my place for a long time. The only minor issue that I have to mention is getting an appointment and his availability in case of an emergency. Otherwise, he is the best, highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about Charles. His estimate was more than competive and he even cleaned up some electrical issues from when the house was built which tool him several hours of extra labor. When I tried to give him some additional money to cover his expense he refused. His quality of work and attention to detail was swcond to none. He was here when he promised and finished the job well within the timeline. I was so impressed with him and his work that I scheduled more work for him on my home. I would recommend that anyone that is considering a generator especially a Generac not only have the work done by an authorized dealer but have Charles Bueno do it. It was great working with Charles. He stopped by to pick up my generator and wanted to make sure I'd be home so he could meet me in person. He kept me posted as things were being diagnosed and parts needed to be ordered. Then he returned it working perfectly. He's a very genuine person that actually cares a great deal about the customer.
