Seamless Experience

Our experience with Charlie was seamless. He is detail oriented, knowledgeable, meticulous, and very hard working. Charlie kept me up to speed every step of the way, explained his recommendations thoroughly when I had questions, and did just an incredible job. My father is a certified facilities manager who has overseen projects like these for years. He helped me to select Charlie for the job and had no criticisms or critiques of his work- only satisfaction and he is a very tough customer. I can't recommend Charlie enough!

Charles Bueno - Amazing A+ Service

I am writing to review our service provider Charles Bueno with CBES. We had Charles come out to look at our generator that came with the purchase of our home in 2015. He alerted me that the previous owner had not even change the initial oil that is only for the first 12 hours of usage. He showed me the inside of the generator. Charles explained the problems so clearly that I actually could understand and relay the info back to my husband. He took the machine apart and (luckily) was able to fix it! Since then we had several power outages and the generator worked until it didn't. He was exceptionally kind to make time to swing by and explain the problem. He made time when there wasn't any in his schedule to fix our broken gasket so that we would have power in the upcoming third nor'easter. He is above and beyond the best serviceman I have encountered ever! No joke! He cared about our situation enough that he actually made time to help when he had no time to do so. He sent pictures of the broken parts and explained in great detail all the work that was done. He is very passionate about generators and teaching his customers the importance of maintaining their Generac machines.
