After reading some of the other reviews on this website I was a little hesitate to use Chamberlin Electric for the install of my new Generac 24kw. However, I am glad that I did.

Stay away from this dealer!

From installation on this experience has been a nightmare.The plumbing contractor did a terrible job.Chamberlin was no better, lack of follow up on the project, having to deal with multiple service reps because of company turnover.PLUS, during the install my vinal siding was damaged/cracked and it is now ONE YEAR later and I am still chasing them as they do not return calls or follow up as an "ELITE" dealer should.I would give zero stars if that was an option

This dealer is to be avoided

The crews they sent had no respect for your property. They smoked when specifically requested not to and was also against company policy. they did not clean up the mess they made and were generally rude nasty and made you uncomfortable. Do not use them.

From the start of this project everything went well, from the delivery to the installation and the explanation of everything was handled perfectly.

The crew did a fantastic job had a few minor setbacks but they took care of it immediately, the only issue is that they needed to do a better job of letting the customer know how much space the pad takes before purchasing also more information on setbacks for screening after installation.

Friendly staff

My wife and I went looking for a generator for our home. We chose Chamberlin electric because of their professional presentation during our interview process and their extensive product and installation knowledge. We were very pleased with the installation and the attention to detail. We have continued our sercice withchamberlin by signing up for an annual maintenance plan with them. We are very happy with the service and attention we receive from there friendly staff.
